May 2008 Hawaii

We had an amazing time in Hawaii. The time went by so fast. Rod and I were able to go for our 10 year anniversary. This year we would've celebrated out 15th. Someone had told us that after visiting Hawaii you will spend everyday thinking about it and planning your next trip there. It's totally true.

May 2008 Hawaii

In May most of Rod's family flew to Hawaii. This trip was in the works before Rod's death. So, we turned it into a memorial trip with his family. We stayed on the north shore of Oahu, near Haliewa. We rented a 5 bedroom beach house for a week. It was amazing.

April. 2008 celebrating Rod's birthday

We planted a tree in memory of Rod on his birthday. His whole family did the same thing. His sister Jen made these cute picture holders with see-through paint cans. It had a picture of Rod in it and then vinyl lettering on it.
